1.1 General information
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are an integral part of all sales contracts concluded by us. Other terms and conditions between the business partners are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
1 Offers and orders
All prices listed are in Swiss francs, including VAT, shipping and packaging costs. We reserve the right to make changes and price adjustments. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative.
2. delivery
As a rule, all orders are delivered immediately from Monday to Thursday, provided they are in stock. Only items that are required are ordered accordingly, which increases the delivery time. Partial deliveries are possible. Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
3. payment
Unless otherwise agreed, with the means of payment specified in the checkout.
4. shipping costs
For orders under CHF 50.00 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of CHF 4.95
5. reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. return of goods and returns
Complaints or exchanges of goods will be considered within 10 days of receipt by written notification. Returns may only be made in unopened original packaging and in perfect condition with the original invoice.
7. guarantee
The manufacturer’s warranty promises apply. As a rule, the warranty period for appliances is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer warranty period is specified in writing. A warranty claim will not be granted if changes or repairs have been made to the goods. Wear parts and improper care, storage or handling of the goods are not covered by the warranty.
8 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this contract is 3292 Busswil, provided that no other legally binding place of jurisdiction exists. Swiss law shall apply.
